A white DOC wine which is ready in just a few months after harvest, made from the Arneis grape variety. Good alcohol content, balanced, fruity, extremely pleasant.
The apple aroma makes it an excellent accompaniment to antipasti, fish dishes and white meat. After the grapes have been pressed and the must separated from the peel it is left at a low temperature to produce a dry and aromatic wine.
